flowing with the wind!

We are always taught to plan our lives, to keep it in our hands.
They say, knowing your dreams, would give them true shape. When you know where you are going you would follow them and ensure for yourself a good life ahead. Those who had no choices did follow destiny. Yes, I had options. Life didn’t give me 1 or 2 it gave me 3 options.
Decent enough for a graduate to have three options to fulfill and I choose the one which was best suited …I was taking risks, risking the path others were taking gracefully, in their words.
In mine, I was sure of moving away from the path the crowd was going to follow. I was sure, confident enough to give myself satisfaction. Have always been an extremist, as if didn’t know what midways were.
But then life has his own ways of treating us, what we choose or rather wish to choose does not become ours. Even if we are just a step away from our destination, there can be a wind. A wind that can blow everything. Blow all, changing our path to options which were never in our list.
I though I was always choosing the best. Options which different from others. Ways which were apart from ways anyone else would have chosen. But may be life stores something else, and today after all analysis, research and soul thinking, I am to improvise upon my judgments!
You do not always get what you choose.
Life doesn’t offer whatever you wish or plan. And if all of it was this easy, it would not have been this adventurous. Or in simpler words, it would not have been LIFE.
So, after long………. Today am not trying to determine the flow of my life.
As someone has said “life is like a box of chocolates, and you never know what is coming next till you have this one”…so today am flowing with the current.
Lets se what the life brings to me!

could not have agreed more....if life had been so easy and so manageable then it would not have been worth living... the kick you get after threading something uncertain is much more than a success through a conventional method..
let life remain that box of chocolates ....

i dont agree we r moving with wind, rather i think wind is moving against the direction we want it to flow. And if we r able to resist the flow and r able to manage sum movment towards what we want ,then its fun.I know we r able to move forward, although a bit only , bt thats appreciable.

let me tell the analysis which i can do(in my capacity).i think that all of your thought process is dependent on being different from others.i would not comment that whether it is correct or not but i feel is that life and choices should not be judged on the basis that whether its different from others or not.it should be rational and dependent on self need. second thing which i feel is that to lament on the things which are happening in life is just not a way of living life. life is a good judge and it knows what it is doing...

to be specific each one of us always dont get what actually we want.we have to always compromise with certain unconventional things. being a normal person i must say in life there are certain unconventional moves which may lead to success but its on u how u choose those moves........

Absolutely correct!! If life was just too perfect and we knew what is best for us, we would have selected the best of the lot. It is just that we hope to choose the best and predict that it’s an open-ended option and possibly the options that we select would work for us. With all the unpredictable, unexpected and the most unusual nature life remains a mystery to be solved.

hmm...at times life can impose u 2 go on with it where it takes u...but i don't totally agree with ur flowing of the wind's concept its upto we ppl to decide what we want 4 us next........nothin is luck or nothin is fate what u decide 4 u u r destined to reach there

u remember dat poem we read in school... abt winning n losing..
smt like dat success tastes best wen we try n try n try n someday, at some glorious moment, we do taste it..

i think dats wat it is all about.

success is a relative parameter..wat is sucess for u(say 75% in exams) may b failure for someone else..

we r happy wen we surpass smt difficult (again a relative parameter) n surpassing a dificult task requires hard work n patience...

so, its not d wind wich blocks our way but WE WHO CHOOSES A WIND WITH CERTAIN VELOCITY AND PREPARE OURSELF TO GO PAST IT, BEAT IT, CRUSH IT, AND ATTAIN success.

all the best..
bye
rahul.
